Privacy

Preview wording. The Gem on Penn will confirm these terms before the store goes live.

This page explains what information The Gem on Penn collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone (optional), delivery address if shipping, gift card recipient details, and what you bought. We use this only to fulfil and support your order.
• Messages: what you send through the contact and crystal sourcing forms.
• Your bag: the items in your bag are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you check out.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. (On this preview, checkout runs in demo mode and no card is charged.)

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and this site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
